“I have been in pain with arthritis since my early 20's (42 now), with a number of types of arthritis affecting joints and my spine etc. After 2 hip replacements, back surgery and endless hospital stays and visits, I decided it was time to try fix things for the long term if I could. 

I was recommended to see an osteopath who sent me to Pilates and Personal Training. With all these years of ill health, I needed to learn how to move properly and to exercise properly.

“I was pregnant on my 2nd girl meeting Valentina. I wanted to remain fit and have an equally good experience with my 2nd birth as I had with my 1st. I will never forget our meeting in Vauxhall, we just gelled instantly. I’m not one for boring or straight people as in I am drawn to interesting people who enjoy their lives and aim for the best and Valentina was exactly that. I was impressed by her ambition… she wasn’t just any PT, she had plans and visions for her future and I also loved to hear about her background.

Valentina was SUPER punctual – she never let me down and to be quite frank, she raised my spirits during a pretty awful bleak time during covid – she was the highlight of my week and we saw each other twice a week, her company was sooo lovely! Importantly, she was very knowledgeable about how to train pregnant girls. I suffered a lot with back ache at the beginning and Valentina literally alleviated all that pain through her routines which was amazing!

We enjoyed very honest chats and laughed so much, it hurt!!!
