How long it will take me to see RESULTS?

Define results! Here, at ReBoot, I can only do my best. And will definitely need your help in order to bring results. If we talk ‘looks’, with nutrition being a massive game changer, results can come in as little as weeks or simply never come. I see results in many ways, so my aim is to get you stronger, fitter, make you a better mover. Overall, change your lifestyle and develop better habits.

I want to look like you!

I always tell people that the moment they feel like they can’t live without training, it’s when the magic happens.

I fell in love with being sweaty and out of breath. I got comfortable with being surrounded by dumbbells and big grunting blokes. I found joy in flipping kettlebells overhead and became curious about how squatting my bodyweight would feel.

You can too! Join me, and arm yourself with the power of knowledge needed to make small changes and, together, we will see big improvements.

Focus on what matters the most… YOU, and your HABITS!

I don’t have time to train!

You do not have to be in the gym five hours a week in order to live and enjoy an active and healthy life. Of course, if competing in a bikini show or bodybuilding one, you will need those 5 hours in the gym, or maybe longer. Otherwise, there is always the option of online sessions, train in the comfort of your own home, shorter sessions or weekend training. Mums who struggle with childcare can always train at home or outside, with the baby being extra resistance! And these are only a few options… “where there is a will, there is a way”.

Can you train a man?

Yes! I can train a man. I have trained, and still do, many men. There isn’t and shouldn’t be any difference between a man and a woman and I definitely make none. Training is and will always be for everyone. Women can and should be lifting heavy weights, just like men do. I have gathered enough knowledge and experience to train a man, and my male clients feel extremely comfortable and happy around me. Training them feels just as easy as training a woman.

Are you working with older adults?

Adults of all ages are more than welcome at ReBoot. However, I can’t stress enough how much I enjoy working with older adults. There is no greater feeling in the world than working alongside someone and empowering them to live a pain free life, be stronger and independent, have more energy, prevent or delay diseases, improve their mood and cognitive functions.

‘My hip pain did NOT wake me up last night’- is one of the best things to hear for a coach.

How do I stay on track?

The beauty of working with a coach is increased accountability. You are less likely to skip a workout when you know you’ll let someone down if you don’t show up. When we talk goals, I always help my clients to set realistic, achievable and, most importantly, sustainable goals. I never agree to an ‘all or nothing’ approach as I know, from personal experience, that it is the safest road to failure. Learning how to move better, engaging the right muscles and feeling the benefit of that, will make you love training.

When your daily life becomes easier; grocery bags feel lighter, your lower back feels great despite cleaning your house for the whole morning, knee don’t hurt anymore walking down the stairs, and you continue to meet friends for a pizza and a drink without feeling guilty, that’s when you’ll see no other option but to stay on track.

Will you help me with nutrition?

I am not a qualified nutritionist, that’s for sure. I am, however, a dedicated learner of the latest research and methodologies in nutrition, sports and exercise science. I will help you when it comes to healthier food choices, better snack options, calorie counting, weight loss or weight gain, setting up your macros and estimate your calorie intake. I’ve been counting my calories for years and tested on myself many different approaches, teaching and educating my clients in doing the same. I don’t prescribe diets but I encourage my clients to follow the advice I offer to complement their physical exercise and support their fitness journey, fuelling their bodies the right way.

Omnivore, carnivore, pollotarian, pescetarian, vegetarian or vegan, together, we find what works best for you and your needs, and we apply it.

For your first session it is best to book at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for a short call or an in person chat to confirm goals for that session.

How long is a session?

Each programme is tailored to your own goals and needs, so a session will be as long or as short as your lifestyle allows.

What platform is used to deliver online training?

All your sessions will be delivered through Kahunas App, and your check ins will be delivered via Zoom unless you are local.

What’s the minimum commitment for this service?

You can book a session without further commitment and we can decide together what the best approach for you is.

Do you offer training packages?

Yes. I work on the basis of monthly payments. It is best to discuss the options during your first session.

What happens if I am unable to make a booked session?

Let me know at least 24 hours before the booked session and we’ll arrange a new time for you.  If 24 hours notice is not given we will be unable to rearrange and the session and cost will be lost.

Can you diagnose or treat pain or injury?

To a certain extent. I have been working with rehabilitating a lot of injuries and body pains and got great results. However, if I feel like it is out of my area of expertise, you will be referred to a professional.
